Case of COVID 19 Documented in County

The first documented case of the COVID 19 virus has been announced here in the county. Please continue to follow the CDC guidelines and the Governor's orders to help reduce the risk within our community. No information was released to me on identity or location, other than rural Benton County. Please stay calm, use common sense and be considerate. To our elderly, the Sheriff's Office is available to you if we are able to deliver food or medication to you in this time of need.
