Narcotics search warrant executed in Warsaw

On 1/6/2026 at approximately 13:15 hours, deputies with the Benton County Sheriff's Office and detectives with the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant at 32900 Highway MM (Wildcat Drive) in Warsaw, Benton County, Missouri.

Upon execution of the search warrant, two individuals were detained. A search of the location led to the recovery of methamphetamine in crystal, liquid, and oil form. Total weight of the methamphetamine was approximately 555.9 grams. Various drug paraphernalia, cash and a firearm (Ruger 10-22) were also seized. The following charges were submitted to the Benton County Prosecutor's Office for consideration of charges:
Daniel Wyman of Deepwater, MO - Trafficking 1st Degree Over Statutory Amount, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm Dangerous Felon/Prior Offender, Unlawful Use of a Weapon Subsection 11 Possess a Firearm with a Felony Controlled Substance, Tampering With Physical Evidence in a Felony Prosecution, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia-Prior Drug Offender
